What counts as an agent?
A distinct workflow with its own prompts, tools, and policies that LonsLabs observes and improves. Multiple instances or environments of the same agent count once.
Are reviewers or approvers charged?
No. Anyone in your organisation can review evidence, own artifacts, and approve changes at no additional cost.
Is there a usage limit on traces or harness runs?
Team plans include generous fair-use limits that cover typical production volumes. Very high-volume agents are handled on Enterprise with volume pricing.
Can we pay monthly?
Team is billed annually. Monthly billing is available on request at a higher per-agent rate.
What happens when the pilot ends?
You keep every change record, harness case, and artifact edit. Converting to Team continues the loop without interruption; otherwise the workspace becomes read-only.
