Terms of use
The rules for using lonslabs.com and the LonsLabs service.
These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at lonslabs.com (the "Site") operated by LonsLabs, a company established in Spain ("LonsLabs", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Use of the LonsLabs service itself is governed by a separate customer agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the customer agreement prevails.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape or harvest content in bulk without permission; upload malicious code; or use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others.
2. Requests for access
Submitting a request for access does not create an account or an entitlement to the service. Access is granted at our discretion and subject to a customer agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, design, code, the LonsLabs name and wordmark — are owned by LonsLabs or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. Any other reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written consent.
4. Your submissions
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Site or the service, you grant LonsLabs a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information through the contact form; use the channels agreed in a customer agreement instead.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product descriptions on the Site are informational and may change.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LonsLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LonsLabs against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you, the courts of Spain have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.
